  1. iTunesを立ち上げ、自分のアカウントからサインアウトする。
  2. 画面の右下にある「国を変更する」をクリックし、米国を選択する。
  3. インストールしたいアプリを検索し、クリック。
  4. サインイン画面が現れたら、Create New Account（新規アカウント作成）をクリック。
  5. ライセンス画面でOKをクリックし、アカウント情報画面でメールアドレス（既存アカウント以外のアドレスを使うこ と）やパスワードなどを入力する。
  6. 支払設定画面で「none」を選択する。
  7. 登録したメールアドレスに、認証用メールが届いているはずなので、これを開き、メールに記載されているリンクをク リック。

ただし、この方法は無料アプリを、iTunesからダウンロードするときにのみ有効です。つまり、有償アプリは 請求先が対象エリア内でないと買えませんので、ご注意を。また、iTunesでダウンロードしたアプリは「ライブラリ＞アプリケーション」に保存されます が、最新版をインストールするには、この方法で作成したダミーアカウントで、サインインする必要があります。
